"I am ready to move out just because LYN at the front desk is so rude!! Rude to all of my guest; purposely makes mistakes. Gives you such a hard time simply over the fact that she’s required to do her job. She makes this place unbearable to live in. The valet and other front desk members are a pleasure but LYN makes you question your will to live here. Extremely unprofessional and nasty. I would avoid buying or renting here at all costs."
"I visit family every year and I always stay in Casa Costa. It’s clean, has 24 hour security and a very helpful staff. It’s within walking distance to Two George’s, the Marina Cafe, the Banana Boat, the beach, Boardwalk Ice Cream, CVS, boat rentals and the pavilion to see the wildlife. I don’t even rent a car when I stay for a week. I walk everywhere with my kids."
"Every time I deliver groceries or food for residences they tell me at the desk I'm not allowed up. Okay so pretend the food is still warm, the ice cream hasn't melted yet, and deliver the stuff promptly because it reflects poorly on delivery staff and shoppers. Not very welcoming when people pay a lot for these services to be told we can't finish the job. Also feel like they're stealing tips here since we aren't permitted to greet the customers."
"Was almost assaulted when I asked the people giving out tickets to residents cars to put on their required masks; a 260+lb man came at me saying he would give me a $100 fine if I didnt show him my parking tag (wasn'teven parked at the time), he came within 2 ft of me as if he was going to push me around before I pulled up my camera. "Volunteers" or not, they are going next to and touching people vehicles without permission and have to wear masks like anyone else that is working, 1 of the 3 knew this, 1 had the mask around her neck, and the man had no mask or covering at all."
