"Selenia Rios helped us move in about 4 years ago and to this day we could not be happier tenants. My girlfriend and I were 26 moving into our first apartment together, and we could not have ended up in a better place under better care. It's such a beautiful quiet neighborhood, all the neighbors are quiet and respectful. Anytime we ever had an issue with anything like the A/c or anything plumbing related (Which is not often at all thanks to the newer furnishings) it gets resolved quickly and efficiently. Everyone in the office is such a pleasure to deal with, including the manger Crystal, who takes the time to be involved. They stay on top of things and are very organized even though there are so many of us. The area itself is really amazing too. There's a new shopping center right across from us with everything from ATT, a pet store, storage units, Starbucks. Everything we could need from shopping to food or doctors are all nearby. We will be renewing for 2024!"

"I am so happy with my experience here from beginning to end with the renting process in this community! To start off with, it's beautiful when you drive in and see all of the trees along with a big lake in the middle of this wonderful place. Great location with a brand new shopping center right across the street. There is a gas station along with a Publix and other convenient spots to get food and whatnot. The staff is also amazing! Very friendly and caring. I met Gina first and she was the best! Very nice, professional, and had a lot of knowledge about the area. Marianny took care of me with the unit and was hands down amazing to work with! She really cared when it came to what unit I wanted and addressed all of my concerns and also took note of the particular features I was looking for. I can't stress enough over how great it was working with her through this whole process. It's always stressful moving, and Marianny really made everything go so smoothly from start to finish. In all of the apartment complexes I've lived in, I've never felt more at home with this one. Besides the amazing staff, the layouts of the unit are great, and even the 1 bedroom feels very spacious over a lot of other complexes. It also has a solid structure feel when you are walking around the apartment, and the cabinets and appliances are so clean and updated! Everything was new when I moved in, even the floors! The whole team really did a great job in making me feel like I was the first person moving into my unit. And I can't forget to mention the giant Roman bathtub in the master bathroom! So hard to find in apartment complexes. After moving in, I've definitely been noticing all of the little things here that really make a difference for renters. The kitchen sink faucet even has those two different settings for how the water comes out! The balconies also have an awning so if you like to spend time out there and it rains, it doesn't come in at all( : There's a car wash area too along with garages if you want to rent one out and a dog park for your furbabies! 2 pools, and the gym is huge! The leasing office has a great big room if you want to reserve for parties along with a kitchen area and there's also a big office room. The views here are great and if you love nature you would love being here. I really enjoy watching the scenery and ducks in the complex! They are so sweet and the sidewalks are always clean( : I could say more about this community but then I would be writing a book! If you are looking for a home feel in renting with a great and caring staff please stop by Indian Hills!"

"I have been living at Indian Hills for 7 years now. I had never had an issue with safety (very important for me) and with management. I had just had my unit “upgraded “and everything was done in a timely and efficient manner. Every time I need to contact the office by phone or email for whatever reason, I’m always replied back in a timely and professional way. Kudos to the maintenance guys taking care of such a large property and sadly, some residents are not as decent in terms of taking care of their trash as one would wish. The only reason I am giving a 4 stars (4 1/2) would be that I wish they would reinstate the speed bumps after resurfacing the whole property a few years back.There are some residents that drive as maniacs, and I fear for the safety of people, mainly children, pets and wild life. I was told it will be done soon. There’s hope for that half star ;)."
