"My family and I are so excited about living at the Villas of Juno! What a perfect location right across the street from the beach and the townhouse is immaculate! Our townhouse has been beautifully upgraded with white kitchen cabinets, new fixtures, fresh paint and more. Everything is new and clean. Jan and Rfraun in the front office are just amazing! From the first time that we inquired about availability, they have been so helpful. We had just sold our home and needed to move in quickly. They were able to expidite the move in date and help us navigate the whole process. They made it so easy and made us feel welcomed into the community. Everyone is so nice and friendly. I see now why many people have said they have lived here for many years and don't want to leave. The 24 hour gym is very convenient. The pool and hot tub are very relaxing, and of course the beach is right across the street! We are truly blessed to call this place home."
"I wanted to take a moment to share my thoughts of appreciation for Janice and this wonderful community. Beautiful villas, townhouses, gardens and wonderful neighbors. As a recently widowed senior, I feel cozy and safe. As I am grieving and thinking back to the kindness everyone around me showed while my husband fought his illness a moment stands out in my mind. We were having an air conditioning issue and Janice jumped into action to resolve the issue. My husband, Donald, and I were very grateful and he urgently wanted to thank her in person. When we arrived, Janice kneeled to his level in the wheelchair to speak to him and it meant so very much. If you are looking for a quiet and caring community, look no further. I don't ever plan to leave. The 3 years I have resided here have been wonderful."
"Edited after staying at the residence, We had a family emergency that meant we had to move after signing the lease in less than 24hours, the property manager insisted on collecting 2 months rent from us $5,500, in addition to all of the deposit we made less than 12 hours before that. She made this decision even though she knew that our stay was conditional upon local school acceptance. She went on to state that they had collected 2 months from someone who had to leave after 2 hours due to job loss. she is very unempathetic. She made no calls to the property company and stated this emotionless. She doesn't care. I have seen the quality of emails to residents during my short 5 days stay at this residence. It is very condescending... You shouldn't treat paying customers this way. Don't stay here if you are moving from out of state, or if will be needing a supportive community, because the moment your interest doesn't align with the property manager's your life will quickly become hell. I am staying at a new community, and I've been assure if I ever feel the need to move because of any kind of emergency, I shouldn't feel trapped, they will work with me to leave without any kind of penalty. This is coming from a female property manager. Here is my advice to the property company, place a more empathetic property manager in this property, for goodness sake. Here is my counsel to the property manager Janice, times have changed, it goes a long way and costs nothing to be kind, people will stay not because it is the best property, but because /if you put in an effort to be polite, kind, and supportive. Don't make the lives of your residents difficult. Advise to potential residents, don't bother with this property, so long as the current manager is there. Take the negative comments to heart. I should have done the same."
"Do yourself a favor and stay away from Villas of Juno. Like the other reviewers, I lived here for a couple of years, but finally moved out when my lease was up. The community is in disarray and more than half the apartments are vacant due to people leaving. The place looks like a graveyard...dirt everywhere, no landscaping and the apartments are outdated and in serious need of repairs. It's disgusting. The asking rents are outrageous and you get nothing for your money. Forget about maintenance or upkeep...it doesn't exist here. The residents are nice, but they are all fed up with the Jan the property manager who has nothing good to say, ever. Most have left for nicer communities in the surrounding area. Look elsewhere - you'll be glad you did!"
"Lived here for 2 years finally moved out. The property manager is a horribly lady named Janice. She’s just over all rude takes the job so serious with no leeway. Always paid rent on time but Janice was still iffy towards me. She would make remarks when I would go to get Mail asking if my rent would be on time this month. The landscaping outside is also bad. Houses are in decent shape though."
