"Being newer to Florida we have loved being at our cozy Delray Bay Apartment community. We have been residents here for 3 years and have enjoyed our interactions with especially Elba, Eddie, Enich, and Lalita. While living here the community vibes have been encouraging! The complex hosts food trucks, special events and sends out monthly reminders for office events and treats that are timely with the season and holidays. They even had a Pet Kissing Booth for residents to bring their fur babies to for a family photo. Thank you for making our home away from home feel more homey."

"My name is Kimberly knapp and I lived at delray bay apartments from august of 2020 to July of 2023 I would like to say that from the very start I had a great experience living in delray from the woman who rented me the apartment Lisa boatright who read me very well and knew where I would fit perfectly in the community. Coming from a home and not an apartment I was placed in an apartment overlooking the canal which was so very peaceful. She was very helpful, caring, professional always there to assist with any of our needs. I also want to mention our amazing maintenance staff Eddie and Enick they where always so willing to get things done quickly and efficiently and to also assist in any way possible and to the last office staff that I had, I can’t say enough about Sara and Alba. Sara was super helpful kind and gracious during our time there as well as when we made plans to move out and go to another state. Alba was the kindest sweetest woman you could ever meet always there for you to assist you and to make sure all your needs where met quickly I thank you delray I enjoyed my 3 years there I felt like I was at home and the community made me feel like home 5 stars all the way"

"When I first moved in December 2020 it was really a great place to live. Then about 6 months in they switched management & jacked up the prices. Surprisingly the increase in prices brought in worse tenants. The place is very loud & dirty. You will find the parking lot littered with trash, along with the paper thin windows that allow you to hear domestics at 3am from the other side of the parking lot. ACs are old & dated. There are gates that don’t function. Be prepared to have cars with no mufflers coming & going at all hours, and the apartment rattling when the train goes by. While the location is nice, there are much better places in Delray. If it wasn’t for the maintenance staff being solid guys I would give this place a 1 star."

"I lived at Delray Bay for eight years. I was never late with my rent, never caused a problem and reported any suspicious activity to the office immediately. I was always the first person to recommend Delray Bay to anyone looking to rent. The turnover of management is constant and the caliber of occupants has, in my opinion, gone down to a Section 8 level. There were MANY car break ins and the surveillance signs are a joke. Outsiders utilize the pool and gym facilities and the gates didn’t work for the entire time we lived there. If you live by the canal, get ready for mosquitoes and if you live in certain units get ready for the train noise. Hidden fees are constantly added to your rent and trash fees are increased due to the fact that non resident contractors use the trash compactor to dispose of their trash. The units are old and the location is CERTAINLY not even close to “Market Value”. Even though the website lists full size washer and dryers in all apartments, it isn’t so in one bedroom units. The only positive is the maintenance staff which also changes constantly. An increase of over $600 a month is ridiculous. My advice is STAY AWAY."

"I have lived in this community for a year now & it has been an awful experience. The apartment has several issues that never get resolved. In 12 months, the number of requests that have been submitted is astronomical. The thermostat never works (brutal in Florida), the washer never drains, the dishwasher and disposal frequently break, outlets don't work, the list could go on and on. NOTHING is done. The pool area is occupied with iguanas. But, the cherry on top has to be without fixing any of the issues, no updates to the apartment, they still raised the rent for renewal from $1460 to $2010. Obviously, I will be moving out from here, but unfortunately have to wait 2 months before my new place is available. Delray Bay fails to mention there is a $300 month to month fee meaning I will be paying $2400 for a tiny 1/1 apartment with unimaginable issues. That is an additional $600 in fees to stay here for 2 months. DO NOT MOVE HERE! So many better options in the area."
