"Worst leasing company ever. Deducted $165 from deposit illegally for 2 month back utillitie fee without any proof from the utillity company as requested multiple times in email and didn't have me sign off on it and even though I have emails from Highmark stating it was really $116 they still deducted $165. Maintenance doesn't fix any problems they close out all work orders without even coming and looking at your unit. Parking is terrible. Cops are always there with drug dogs. Do not lease from Highmark."
"They stole my security deposit. I lived here for 9 months. I left the apartment in immaculate condition. They lied and said I dented and damaged a door but failed to provide any proof. I took pictures of the entire apartment at move out so have proof there was no damage. They stole my security deposit despite me contesting this in the legal time frame. Also there was MOLD in my kitchen cabinets, wall in the living room, and bedroom closet. This is the reason I did not renew my lease. I will be taking legal action against them. The only thing I can say in terms of positives is the maintenance men are really kind and friendly and do a great job keeping the grounds in order. Update: If you live here, my best advice would be to take pictures of ever single part of the apartment in a panoramic view. They do not have anyone inspect the apartment with you at move in, so if you miss one little ding or scratch they WILL try and charge your for it saying it was not on your "inventory" sheet. They leave the tenant to be responsible for inspecting the apartment and creating an inventory sheet, and if you do not know what you are looking for or should put down, any damages from normal wear and tear in the apartments since they were built, will be charged to you."
"Diana helped us from beginning to end . Totally beyond professional. The apt is awesome and totally feels like home. We love it here. The pool , the club house, the gym exceeded our expectations. The community is very very quiet and that's really important to us since we work very very hard. Need a quiet place to come home too ... Thank you Diana and your maintenance team for welcoming us to our new home. Your professional attentiveness played a huge part in us making the decision to make Coconut Palm Club our home."
