"I walked into the office on Wednesday 1/3/24 and spoke with Sophia. I asked her if they would fix and replace a broken shelf in one of our bedrooms, or if it was something that we needed to take care of ourselves…she was more than professional as always. Said they would take care of it the next day, and sure enough, on 1/4/24 they sent over Peter (I’m not good with names, but I think it was Peter?) who was also very professional and respectful. He worked quickly and efficiently, and left us with a beautiful looking shelf. Couldn’t be happier all around!"

Kelly & Stacy at the front office are very accommodating, helpful, and knowledgeable in their field. They both provide exceptional service. The views in the complex are stunning and the complex is perfectly located. I did a lot of research and am happy I decided to live at IMT. Definitely recommend."
