"Not a great place to live. The only good thing about this location is in fact the location. You’re next to everything but other than that prices don’t match the quality of the apartment. The office doest respond and building have roach and rat infestations. Office staff doesn’t work with you and threatens when you don’t comply instead of trying to work with residents save your mine and frustration pay love for another place. They just repainted and changed some concrete steps as they were highly needed. Other than that the entire building and bone structures are rotted out or attic has infestation with termites and this is been going on for years and one last thing management like to make their way into your apartment without letting you know."

"Quiet, pleasant, and friendly. Publix Promenade plaza is connected to the complex, and SO convenient ( really awesome )! The team that is on site all day, is great. They always say hello, or wave from a golf cart smiling. The neighborhood groundskeeper has it clean and tidy everyday no matter how hot it gets ( likes Fruit Punch Gatorade! ). Maintenance crew is professional, helpful, and quick. Friendly Gents. The team of Agents in the office do a great job of making everything easy and have fun doing so. Welcoming feeling for sure. Awesome neighbors too, very chill vibes here. ( it's expensive everywhere )"

"I've been living here a few months and couldn't be happier. The apartment was in excellent condition when I moved in, minor things needing to be corrected we're taken care of within 48 hours. The grounds are beautifully maintained, two nice pools. The staff in the office (Noreen, Crystal) as well as the maintenance workers (Oscar, Michael) I've dealt with have all been terrific. The only thing I would say is that some areas are a bit dark so more lighting would be helpful and also there are no signs on the buildings indicating in which direction the apartments are located so everytime I have guests they either drive around the building or park and walk around looking for my apartment. Overall it's a terrific place to live and well located to highways, schools, places of worship and shopping."

"I've been here for 1 month, and so far, my experience is very good. Having recently sold my own townhouse, I was nervous about moving into a rental complex, especially one that is about 25 years old. However, my apartment is clean, no real sign of bugs or other infestation, just a couple spiders at the very beginning that was probably due to the unit being unoccupied for a couple weeks. No smells and very quiet. All my neighbors and the people I see in the community seem nice and normal. Haven't witnessed anything strange or unusual. The community is also clean and well kept for the most part. There are a few non emergency items that were not taken care of prior to my moving in that probably should have been, but I have been working with management to get that rectified. Some items are done now, some are taking more time. I do like that there is always a few employees in the management office to discuss things with. Overall I am happy here and would recommend the complex."

"Gardens East Apartments is one of the best community in the heart of the PBG. It has a combination of Greenery and good sunlight which makes this community beautiful. I would like this community should install more cameras and lightings in common areas to make residents safety better because few months before around 10+ cars have been vandalized which could have been avoided if community have good security in place. This would also help to avoid such incidences in future too. Thank you!"
