"The staff are always friendly, responsive, and professional, and they make sure that all needs are met in a timely manner. The amenities are also great - I particularly enjoyed the fitness center and swimming pool, both of which are well-maintained and clean. The location of the complex is also convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants, etc. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live."

"On December 22nd Pamela, Keya & Kathi arranged a "Jingle Mingle Party" for all of us residents here at The Hamptons. We were served great food and alcohol-free drinks. Pamela's husband; Fulvio brought his own delicious homemade Lasagna as well as baking fresh pizza for us in the lobby. It was a very good atmosphere, and the residents that were smart enough to show up for this Christmas-event, certainly seemed to enjoy themselves....I certainly did :-) I also was lucky to win the raffle ticket draw, the price was a gigantic hamper filled with wonderful Christmassy gifts, all handpicked and put together by Pamela. Thank you ;-) We have lived here 2 years now, and this place has gone from a 1 star to a 5 star after Pamela, Keya and Kathi arrived. They are all there for us, that's how it feels like. Same goes for Aldeberto & Mike as well. There are constant upcoming events both outside and inside the clubhouse. Always something to nibble at at the coffee-bar, as well as excellent coffee. Gone are those days when you felt you bothered the gruesome previous office manager and the rest of her miserable office team if you had a question or needed help. Wish The Hamptons Team a Happy New Year and all the best for 2024."

"Living here for the past 2 months has been a great experience. The apartment and community is well maintained and modern. The property staff and managers (Pamela and Keya) go out of their way to take care of any needs that arise. I especially want to acknowledge, Pamela who has gone out of her way more than once to help me and other tenants. She is supportive and solution based. I really enjoy living here."

"Kathi is an absolute angel!! She helped me and my boyfriend with everything and made our move so easy! She is such a delight to speak with and anytime we called, she gave us a quick response or made sure to get back to us within that same day! ☺️ We absolutely love it here and feel so thankful for how helpful Kathi was and still is to us! The community is gorgeous and we just love everything about the complex! Everyone else in the office is also super sweet and super helpful as well!❤️"

"After living there for 2 years and reading negative reviews about not giving the deposit back, I hired ppl to bring the apartment to a perfect condition. But after all, the management came up with an idea to charge me for a carpet even though THEY CHANGE IT ANYWAY AFTER EACH TENANT. I would have given 3 stars if not the deposit thing. Also it’s almost impossible to reach the office. The only plus is the location on the apartments."
