"Lived there for a year and a half. Left the place professionally cleaned (much cleaner than when I moved in). 2 years later they sent me to collections because I forgot to leave them the garage door opener and they didn't bother to call me to settle the bill. I never received the bill to my forwarding address and they choose to screw my perfect credit rating. Picking up a phone isn't difficult. How do you find good renters when you screw them over? I called them to settle the bill after I discovered they effed me and they wouldn't take my payment, sent me to their corporate office and they wouldn't return my phone calls. They really like to screw people of a stupid amount of money."
"Just Moved to Midtown Delray Apartments! Great place to live, Great Location, We are a family with 3 small children, and we have a lot of space. Highly recommend this property if you are still looking."
"Not a safe place to live! We had two burglary attempts. One of them we had our car window broken and two nights later another attempt to our other car in our driveway. Therefore we have two crime reports. Midtown Delray management doesn't have any type of security to protect you or cameras to help the police. Unfortunately the management doesn't take any type of responsibility nor help you when you need it! All they care about is money and that's all!"
"We loved living here and would have remained residents if they did not raise our rent $1200.00 on our renewal. The staff is great and James was awesome. Only issue is the new people moving in not cleaning up after their dogs. Great location near the beach and fantastic restaurants near by."
"I have been living at Midtown Delray for the last 4 going on 5 years. I love this place and the location is awesome. I lived in the 2 bedroom and the 3 bedroom both great homes. Having a garage is the best! The office staff and the Manager are always so helpful, pleasant, and wonderful! The Maintenance crew is always at hand and always quick to respond. I’m about to resign a new lease because it’s so worth living here. I have also made great friends/neighbors. Great place to live!"
