We were able to apply and get approved and get keys all in one day because Ellie and her property manager. They were both so kind and so cooperative and communicative throughout the whole process. "All the negative reviews are 100% true. We can’t wait for our lease to be up so we can go somewhere else. One of the worst places I’ve ever lived at, and I’ve lived in many places in multiple states. Management is horrible and non responsive. The appliances are old and falling apart and when you ask for them to be replace they just bring you another run down one. The lasted thing we are dealing with at the property I live at is the cars being stolen. Several cars have either been stolen or broken into and management have done 0 about it. The halls are disgusting in all three levels. The paint in the actual apartments is cheap and it stains easily if anything gets sprayed on it. The pool looks like it never gets properly clean… the list goes on. Save your money and your time and go somewhere else. This place is not worth it. This is at The Palms apartment in Davie FL."

"We moved to Arabelle City Center in Pembroke Pines in April 2023. This is a beautiful property the emenities here are great! My biggest concern is keeping the property clean... we have found trash/stains in the hallways on all three levels of the apartment complex. I don't see housekeeping sweeping or mopping. I addressed my concerns with the leasing office three weeks ago, and I still don't see any changes. Also, I think we need trash cans on the property because people tend to throw their trash down on the ground. My husband picked up a beer can, and a water bottle brought it up to our apartment and placed it in our trash can."

"As a current tenant at Bainbridge Sunlake in Lutz, FL, I can 100 percent guarantee you I will NEVER lease with Bainbridge again, nor would I ever encourage someone else to. My location is great, and my view is great. But the management, the maintenance, the staffing, the communication, the overreach, & most importantly the convenience here has got to be one of the worst I have ever experienced. This entire management here is at the sole inconvenience of its tenants. They only care about their money, and nothing else. I moved in Dec 2023, and the amenities haven't worked since January (Firepits, Clubhouse are always a wreck with the solution locking it up rather than making the accountability fall on the proper parties, the parking has been a catastrophe since day 1, the gates are always broken or left unsecured). Then when you file formal complaints or concerns, you are blatantly disrespected by the office staff and discarded and targeted by the higher-level management"
