"The person how work for the community are very friendly, the admission process was very friendly and efficient, they have taken care to have a quiet community, what I thought was the excessive charging for everything The dog cannot bark on the balcony because it bothers the neighbors who pass by once a day and have a problem with it. A person comes to visit me at my house and he can't use a vape and the person who calls to make all the complaints speaks in a despotic and rude manner as if he were the one who paid my rent"
"Don’t believe the fake 4 star reviews. This community is overpriced for the lack of customer service, outdated appliances, horrific staff and outrageous parking enforcement. I am a REGISTERED RESIDENT and my vehicle was TOWED from my ASSIGNED DRIVEWAY. I just recently moved in and from day one there has been an issue with Maintenance and incompetent leasing staff. I no longer feel safe in my home. Parking enforcement is egregious. Residents are forced to register their vehicle with a third party vendor named “OnCall”…it is a scam and a way to profit off of registered residents and visitors. I received no warning before my vehicle was towed and I’m the registered lease holder. Why should a resident have to pay over $200 for a towed vehicle parked in their very own assigned driveway??? This is insane!!!! where is the courtesy to registered residents?? I don’t even bother having guest over, there’s absolutely no visitor parking. My unit was not ready upon move in, despite the emails sent to leasing after the unit walk through (prior to move in) was conducted. The 3 bedrooms are going for upwards $3,500…. And 4 bedrooms are high $4000’s… The appliances are outdated (downright old). The outdated refrigerator barely cools the groceries. The carpet in the unit is the cheapest on the market (the owner/management clearly isn’t investing any funds back into the unit/appliances). This isn’t a reflection of luxury living!!! RUN!! Don’t lease here, don’t be fooled by the pictures. The property manager is new and is trying his best to turn things around, but the damage for me has already been done. I feel totally violated and I don’t feel safe living in a community with combative, rude, and unprofessional leasing staff having full access to my home and personal information."
"When we first moved in we thought it was amazing and too good to be true. Turned out to be just that too good to be true the new office staff is rude has an attitude issue and are incompetent. We’ve lived here 1 month and they gave me a violation on our first day of living here over my tag being expired got that issue fixed then 1 month later imagine waking up at 8am for work to open ur garage and your car is gone, you go rushing to the office just to get answered in slick remarks that my car is apparently not registered in their system and getting told they are not responsible their is no customer service or respect their is no interest in helping you as you are made out to be the problem in this community."
"This place is a hidden gem in Wellington. As soon as my wife and I made an appointment to see the place the same day we got interested, from the moment we drove in the gates, it felt like a hidden safe haven for us. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the place. The amenities are astonishing. When we walked into the leasing office it felt like a 5 stars hotel experience. Nice coffee machine, great seating area both inside and outside the leasing office. The pool area is nice and clean and has grills! Decent size gym with decent amount of workout machinery and a simulation room to play different games like golf. The model unit is very presentable, very homey. Kitchen is nice and big with a lot of cabinets and the countertop very spaceful. The rooms are decent, the garage has space to put a freezer and it also has a charging station for electric vehicles. Very convenient location as well. Best Buy, Total Wine and other places to eat are walking distance. The place is pricey, but it is worth spending every penny. You get what you pay for. Did I mention the place has a small convenience store inside? Well, it does! my wife and I have moved a lot around due to school and work, we have experience seeing places where we had lived before but have never been impressed like this one. I believe we had finally found our place to live for a while in this community!"
