Columbia Oaks Apartments

"RUN,don't walk RUN!!! If I could give this negative star I would. This place and the management is a joke.From day one I should've know beter, Abraham (ABE) overtalked us and was very condescending and pressured us to give deposit to hold apartment. Once we moved in 8 of the wall outlets didn't work, had to submit several request to get fixed. I was promised updates to unit that never happened, i was being charged for pest control monthly but no one ever came to spray for bugs and the parking lot and landscaping was over grown with weeds and trash. The unit was very dirty when we moved in and promised credit that never happened. When asked can i open windows and get screens to keep bugs and animals out, was told no. The neighbors constantly smoke marijana so that seeped into my apartment on a daily basis, not to mentioned one neighbor dedided to be the midnight disc jockey playing his music outside till 2:00 am. The maintenance workers started fighing amounts themselves the HCSD(Hillsborough County Sheriff Dept) was called to the complex constrantly. I finally put in my 60days notice per my lease agreement, Got a call to ask why was I moving once i expressed my concerns again. He said okay, and offered to move me to another apartment complex, ( I declined the offer) then suddenly the last 10 days of my lease my C/A stopped working only to be told they had to order the part, No one else in the complex had this issue. Mind you this is Florida with record number heat index. Can't open Windows or Doors. My move out day was June 30th and as of today I haven't received my deposit and not the management have blocked my calls and emails. This totally unacceptable and unprofessional.. Never take call from Abraham (Abe) Mike, Noel, Ramone or anyone associated the Columbia Oaks/ Wings Management/Uptown MC LLC."

"Close to the bus stops and Walmart.Good sized apartments with everything I need. Management is great and things have been improving! I kinda wish I was on the first floor because my cat is heavy footed and stomps around when excited.(we’re currently working on that) I also like the renovated kitchen. And with it being a 2/2 it’s perfect for myself or have the option to add a roommate later."

Maintenance team and front office team are extremely efficient, polite and professional people; the apartment complex is definitely a bang for your buck considering just how conveniently it is located. Lived there for a year and had absolutely no issues whatsoever."

"Love it here. Just about to sign my third year lease. Very quiet, good prices, good staff and no bug problems. Apartments have everything you need, washer/dryer, patio, spacious rooms, dishwasher. No complaints."
