"I lived here for about twenty years. New management is fixing a lot of things. Unfortunately older tenants are not getting to renew their lease. Although in the years I lived there that place became run down. I hope the new management gets good tenants and get their investment back. The thing is those buildings are pretty old. For awhile they seemed to change management every year or so."
"I use to reside at Timberfalls while it was under Michaelson. That management company neglected that community for years! There was no pool, no lights in any of the courts and rodents! A friend of mines who still currently lives there said, the new management company did what they promised. They cleaned up the property addressed countless issues and are still working through all issues that was left from previous management neglect."
"The apartment was a good size and it seemed quiet. After moving in, that changed. There are incredibly noisy neighbors, dog owners who don’t clean up after their pets, and the leasing office makes changes without any notice (example: when I first moved in, nobody would answer the phones when they were closed, which made it difficult to reach emergency maintenance. Suddenly, they had a voicemail system without any notice that I only found out about when I tried to call again a month later). The plumbing system is awful. I had a bubble in the ceiling that leaked in my bedroom for a month that was only dealt with after I came to the leasing office in person to show a photo (AFTER putting in a maintenance request). Only two months later, waste from the apartment above mine began to back up into my toilet and tub. It’s disgusting. There is a roach problem that does not go away from their simple spraying, so I had to buy gel to put around the apartment. I really was a tenant that kept to myself and tried to be as polite as possible, until the end with the tub and toilet incident. Kind of a waste since the apartments seemed to be on a good rise but they’re falling back down."
"A major disappointment. Our remodeled ap Apartment did not include remodeling of the electric, which is bad in the entire apartment. It is very scary. I don't believe that it was inspected by the city. None of the lights worked plus the outlets don't work and we get a very bad shock from the stove which we have asked them repeatedly to take a look at. There's already becoming an infestation of ants, and the property has bags of garbage everywhere. Not only is it not maintained, but it is actually disgustingly filthy, so don't let the remodel units fool you. The electricity in our unit is very scary to save a least, and it has been almost a week, and maintenance still hasn't done anything about an electric stove that gives you a very bad shock when you touch it. Aside from having to walk or pass garbage bags to get to the actual dumpster and people leaving their garbage on the size of the building. The place overall, it's nasty. The only thing that are good are the colors and the remodeling esthetics that they chose. I'm seriously worried about my own safety in this place."
"like they don’t the money they just want to be nasty at this point cause it’s obvious they don’t care about getting the money or people just greedy maybe it’s court fees they are looking to get but I can’t wait to explain this to a judge they made it impossible for me pay and then told me they’re not talking to me about it she even called the police on me to try and escort me out the office when I wasn’t yelling cursing or nothing just trying to get information. The cops ended up leaving because they had no legal grounds to escort me out as I wasn’t posing a danger to anyone but still it could have been worse especially being a African American. Save y’all time and live somewhere where people are people this place is a revolving door since my year being here I seen 6 ppl on my side alone get evicted these people will ruin your rental history over less than one month even though I tried to pay it. I have never been through this in my life. Don’t move here cause if something happen in your life and God forbid your a little late you will be homeless too they don’t care."
