"If I could give zero stars I would sent in my application and my application fee earlier in the month and had to reach out again to a LAMAR to hear anything although the papers were authorized earlier in the month. Going through the papers, my name isn’t even spelled properly. Absolutely none of the information on the paper is correct regarding my credit nor my income. I sent in pages worth of bank statements and 8 pages worth of pay stubs! They suck don’t apply here."

Anastasia is a former Avina North resident herself, and the first permanent property manager to stick around for more than 6 months in the time I've been here. The property management company is the problem at Avina North. Anastasia is doing an incredible job with the few resources she's given. 3 Stars for Dasmen Residential, 5 Stars for Anastasia."

"Anastasia was one of the most informative, helpful, and caring individuals I have ever encountered while calling all over Tampa in search for a new apartment for myself and my friend! She was super helpful with all of my questions, paid close attention to what I needed and was able to answer every question I had with complete patience and reassurance that she would help out in any way possible. She made it very clear that since she’s taken over recently she’s been making changes to her best ability little by little to improve the overall appearance of the place and it’s functionality. For those who are upset and writing bad reviews, I recommend just talking to her because she wants to make the place a better living environment for you all."
