The Park at Chesterfield 5039 Chalet Court, Tampa, FL 33617

"It’s been a year and a half since my family has moved here and this is one of the nicest complexes that we found. From the seamless communication long distance via the leasing office and in person via the employees/maintenance workers the Park at Chesterfield is great. So far we have enjoyed our spacious 2 bed 2 bath apartment. The company is renovating the complex and each project makes it better and better. We love how they upkeep the landscaping and take into consideration tenants opinions. The community themed/styled events is a plus and makes them very family oriented. We also love the amenities like the gym and pool that makes living here very convenient."

"I've moved from apartment complex to apartment complex over the last few years and The Park at Chesterfield has been, by far, the most accommodating and professional. The space is extremely nice, and has only been getting better. They are continuously working on improvements across the complex with incrementally more units being renovated. My roommate and I have run into a couple minor problems since moving in, and the leasing office is always quick to assist in solutions. Maintenance requests are always turned around within 12-24 hours and the office itself always welcomes questions, clarifications, and walk ins. They also actively attempt to bring the community together, with several community events like food trucks and potlucks. Around the holidays, they also encourage decoration competitions, which I have not been able to experience in previous complexes. As for the complex as a whole, the location is great as it's right off Busch Blvd. The community (inside and outside the gates) is pretty quiet. And it's a great place for pets if you have them. I could say plenty more about the positive experiences I have had with The Park at Chesterfield, but I could definitely recommend this as a reliable place of living."

"I have been living here for 6 years and I like living here. Ashley and the office staff are helpful, and the maintenance has always helped us even when it comes to late night emergencies. It's an older complex, but the staff here is doing a great job of bringing it back to life. It is in a great area for shopping, and the Temple Terrace Elementary is right up the road, which my kids love. The school busses come right up to the exit gate, so I can feel safe with them catching the bus in the morning. The apartments here seem more spacious than your average apartment in size, so that was definitely a plus. They are always doing something to bring the community together to make you feel more at home."

"I love living here the only issues I have is kids from the apartment complex behind us jumping the fence, and our bike was stolen.. the bike was locked up. Ashley has been amazing she always answers any questions we have and maintenance is always helping in a timely manner. Everyone in the complex is so friendly.!"
