"This complex has a wonderful staff!! Kim is the property manager and she is amazing at her job and the most welcoming, warm, and just all around nice Property Manager I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. This property is also chock full of amenities. There is a beautiful courtyard which contains a spa and pool along with 2 outdoor stainless gas grills encased in granite countertops. There is also a full gym with plenty of workout machines. The residents are also very welcoming and friendly. All around this place is absolutely delightful, I recommend the Madison 2 to any living soul that has the resources to buy a unit. You will not be disappointed with your investment, so long as it's The Madison 2. I know nothing of The Madison 1, except that it is literally across the street and both properties take up 2 whole downtown St Pete city blocks."

"This review is for the application process is not about the complex. The agents are kind and really wanted to help, but they didn’t know about the applications credit process, and decision making. They use an outside agency through transunion. I called the company because I was declined but I did not have any negative rental history nor criminal history. The agency said the Madison’s minimum credit requirement is 630, so if you do not have that score, do not apply. I think if we do diligence to be public and upfront about rental requirements, we can help others save money. Again, this is not a review to the apartment but to the app process so others can be aware."

"Expensive as hell 4sho. But great location. All the convenience and gloss of downtown right at your doorstep. Fantastic courtyard with great pool, grill, amenities, etc etc etc. If you can afford it, it's def the spot to live downtown without looking like a pompous douchebag."
