"This place is one of the best, not only for its location, but because is a place of enjoyment to live as a senior like me. The management, the cafeteria services, the maintenance crew, security, cleaning services, Administration all are excellent to say the least. I moved out after 10 years only because I had to go overseas to take care of a family member. I will move back as soon as management find my turn to hit the waiting list, I hope soon enough. This place is to be missed. It’s absolutely amazing."

"I attended a friend of the family Holiday Party at this Bayshore Presbyterian Apts in Dec 2019 and I was amazed by the wonderful experience I felt at this location. Every Senior at this Independent Living Site, that I met, just went on and on about how happy they were living here. I was so impressed I reached out to an EX Manager of mine that is 74 and told him he had to check this place out and move here. We took a tour and were astounded with the joy and sense of community all the seniors had. We were told there were over 50 Residents that lived on site that were over 90 years old and they have over 200 Tenants. That is truly a testament to how a happy place with so much love and support extends the life of our seniors. I told the manager that I am going to sign up for the waiting list once I come to age because the fountain of youth is located here at Bayshore Presbyterian. I did read below about a bad experience at the front desk and I can attest that the residents volunteer to greet and help at the front desk. The reviewer may have encountered a not so happy senior, having a bad day. I've have visited 4 times in the last 6 months and have had nothing but positive experiences with the management, maintenance man and all the residents."

"My Mother lived there for many years and I can honestly say that Bayshore Presbyterian Apts was the best experience that we have had! The staff completely embraced my Mother and made her feel at home! The atmosphere was so warm and welcoming and the maintenance and upkeep was excellent! I come from a property management background in my career and I have always been so impressed with the management at Bayshore Pres and their kindness and service oriented approach. I always recommend this beautiful, convenient hidden gem as I call it, to all my family and friends!"

"The mother of a very close friend of mine lived at Bayshore for many many years until she passed away. She loved it so very much and thought it was the best and only place for seniors to live. The inside and outside of the building are beautifully maintained, there are a lot of activities for the residents to enjoy, and they have an outstanding management and maintenance team. When I'm old enough to live in senior housing, Bayshore Presbyterian is the only place I will consider. It is the best!!"
