"Great complex. Not the biggest complex but definitely one of the cleanest you'll see. Residents are friendly. They have a pool and a fitness center. Laundry on site. Dog park, picnic area and playground are on the property also. Close to Walmart, Save A Lot, Publix, BJs, Costco and a host of other stores and places to eat. Area is nice and quiet but not too far from main roads."

"I love living here. Been here 3 years now. Great location, with restaurants and shopping close by. Access to the toll road which takes you to anywhere in Tampa Bay area. Great caring management. New owners are making great improvements."

"This place gets worse and worse. I wasn’t even gonna leave a review but I’m over it. Would not move here if I could do it over again. Overpriced for an old “condo”. Place was filthy when I moved in see pictures attached took me paying a cleaning company and steam cleaner for tile to make it livable…. Outdated counters, cabinets, fixtures - which they did replace 7 electrical outlets. Still 3 bad ones but I deal. Cops have been here several times in the past few weeks, one of the neighbors said for a stolen car, and then I guess some theft issues. Meanwhile I’m paying right at 1400 bucks for this 1 bedroom palace. I can’t think of one good thing about this place. 11 months to go. Maybe I’ll start a YouTube channel about this awesome experience."

"So I think it depends on perspective . Location and price wise this is the best but you must make sure you get a good deal here . We got a 1bhk for 750. One lady in the leasing office used to complain about other landlords but others are sweet and I don’t even see her these days Community is safe and just like other communities near by . The pool doesn’t have a bathroom and I’ve seen many people coming with beer etc in the pool So I think a restroom is surely needed Our rent deposit of one month was not returned citing phony reasons after they understood we are leaving the country so just a note"

The condo is located 1 or 2 minutes from shops, food places and banks, but the best thing is that it is a quiet, safe, clean place and the neighbors are friendly. I want to thank the people in the office for their prompt attention and solutions at all times, thank you very much!"
