"This company has recently purchased the property of Aqua Links apartments on Hartwell Avenue right across the street from their main property. During the change of ownership, someone decided to break multiple mailboxes for our complex and the staff keeps pretending they had no idea it's broken. I have not received my mail in a month. The postmen refuse to give it to us until the mailbox is fixed. The company is giving us the runaround and in doing so, screwing themselves out of a rent check (it was sent to us via mail from OurFlorida) DO NOT rent an apartment from Stoneridge Pointe OR Aqua Links apartments! It is a waste of time and money, and every single issue will be brushed off and ignored at your expense."

"The worst place I have ever lived. from day one there have been multiple issues with the apartment and have not been addressed. The apartment is infested with roaches. I have called and when the office was open would stop by daily asking for all the issues to be resolved especially the roach problem. Now this office has been closed for months and have to go across the street to the Aqua Links apartments to that office. The staff is extremely rude and don't care about fixing issues. All they care about is if your rent is on time! My apartment was broken into and it has been two weeks and the window has yet to be fixed. There is no security and there are holes in all the fences. Hoodlums cut through the complex at all hours of the day and night. They vandalized my vehicle and others! There is no safety here. Not even a little bit. STAY AWAY!!!!"

"Was my first apartment. Old managment would work with you, the new one could care less. Tried multiple times to renew my lease but didnt fit the requirements so had no choice but to move, let them know a month and half before my lease ended but was charged some bogus fees on top of an additional full months rent and they kept my deposit, for not giving full 60 days notice. Also rent prices went up but all you get is your apartment, no gym, no pool, a small children's park is all. Apartments were white on white, shower not built for tall people. Some wall corners had openings so you could get roaches from your neighbors apartment, even if you kept up on the pest control. Parking is hard to get at times, sometimes you get boxed in. Walls are paper thin so you hear everything."

"I lived here for 2 years and it was my very first apartment but when the new management came it got horrible. For starts they are ALWAYS rude and will hang up in your face. The maintenance man that was the ONLY helpful one is no longer there. My air conditioner went out every other week and they never came to fix it after MULTIPLE work orders. They will tow your car for something a little as a flat tire or if you accidentally leave the windows down. They towed my older model car because they said it looked “ABANDONED” ... finally when I decided to move out they tried to add $30 to my rent for no reason. Also finally there is nothing around .. it’s not close to anything, always noisy due to being located on a main road, never any parking, and nothing in the community except a busted park. No fitness, no pool, just a park with a slide. So on top of the HORRIBLE service it’s just bad ... Avoid living here at ALL COST. It’s not worth your money."
