"Literally the worse place I’ve ever been to in all the places/ states I’ve been in. The day I moved in I realized a termite infestation. Sink has been leaking for months. Haven’t had hot water in I’m not sure how long. Have asked over and over for someone to come fix it to the point where I had to go all the way to Orlando to a friend’s house just to shower. The charge you for the pool but it’s always closed and/or dirty. If you tell them you don’t want valet trash they will charge you for is anyways. If you only use valet trash they will still charge you for the big trash up front. If you never use the anything in the apartment complex you still get charged a fee and the fee is based off of the size of your apartment. So basically we pay our own bills to stay there and we pay their bills for them to rent it out to us. I haven’t been in my house since September it’s now February. That’s how much it sucks here. My water bill portion went up $15 since I’ve been gone. So you will pay whatever they deem necessary not what you actually use. You will be charged for valet trash. Allocated trash. Pest control. Rent service fee. Service fee. Common area electricity. Allocated water. Allocated sewer. And insurance if you don’t have your own. Be prepared for all these charges to be added to your rent based off of the size of your apartment alone. They don’t care if your not there or don’t use the few amenities that do actually have available. My car was vandalized due to the fact they will not fix the gate in our GATED COMMUNITY. My car is also attached to me lease but because it was vandalized due to there lack of putting out “common area electrical” money to use. They towed my car. Unless you are desperate and have a little extra money to blow and want to be your own maintenance person. This place is -10 out of 100 starts. Please stay away from this place."

"Our family has lived here at Westlake for over two months now and we love living here. The thing that makes the difference is the team that serves the community- Sonia, Kevin, Josh, Olivia, maintenance, pest control, they’ve all been more than helpful and have proven to always go above and beyond and do their best to help the people who live here. We are thankful for for a team that takes such good care of their residents!"
"Another hot summer day at Westlake. Here’s a real treat, green pools!! Glad to see that the $2000 rent is going towards amenities that we are supposed to be provided. 91° sunny day in June and you can’t even swim because of the disgusting pools management doesn’t keep up with. On top of that, we have lived her for several years now and have been complaining that multiple outlets in our apartment do not work, management still has not been out to fix them. The place is always a mess. Hallways only get pressure washed maybe twice a year and reek when you walk outside. There has been broken glass at the bottom of our staircase for about 4 months now. Junk cars sit in parking spots for weeks on end. Save your money, and let your search for a comfortable clean place to live continue."
