"The tenants above me have ALL DAY been constant noise. Office been knowing about this issue since the week I moved in January 2023. Recently the office gave them a notice to evict and they were quiet temporarily. As of right now it sounds like elephants bowling up there. Noting this in the moment because the office has no contact on the weekends. Convenient. They'd rather tenants like this broad and her kids and 20 boyfriends. In the 11 months we have been here there has been less than 2 weeks of silence. The noise happens at all hours including overnight and for hours on end. Items have fallen off my walls due to their ruckus. Each time office staff was replaced new staff was let known of this issue. I have a special needs child who is bothered by the sounds and often scared. Cops can only do so much yet the office just kept telling us to call the cops. The property mgmt company are the only people who can do something about this."

"On December 30,2021 on my way to work, wife steps out in her car and came back my car was parked perfectly fine with any issues, on my way out to leave to work in my Dodge Dakota, its gone. Called 911, found out leasing Office towed my car, call my wife and she states the right passenger side tire was running low, so i said to her I'll put air in it from WAWA, no harm done right,. What really angers me is they did not contact me for this, but you call my wife and I when we have packages drop off at the leasing Office, after knowingly my parking permit is clearly labeled on the driver side window, my registration was on the dashboard because i left it there by accident. Most importantly i was not issued any citation for having a low tire at all., 911 dispatch provided what happen to my car, they give me Orland towing, they stated my vehicle was abandoned thats why it was towed, keep in mine i fix cars for a living and thats my work Truck i use to fix cars and valuable brand new Fuel Pump replacements for customers i have to replace this Saturday and over $400 of working tools is my truck. I also work as a Security Officer for 18yrs with issuing CITATIONS for Apartment Complex like Gannet where i lived. Why was i not issued any citation or contacted before them making a wrongful tow. I have no words to express my disappointment of these actions. This is very unprofessional and a illegal Tow according to County Ordinance.F.S. § 715.07. My wife and I went to the Office aprox 3:47pm no one was at the office. Office closed at 5pm, why was it closed on the 30th of December. This is not how you treat residents at all."
