"This is the most ridiculous, nastiest, low maintenance senior apartment ever. Instead of sending the tow truck to get people’s car why don’t you be more present to the seniors in the office were they are paying you to be, offer valet trash, more seating for the seniors to sit outside, and fix and clean these elevators!! The turnover rate for maintenance is ridiculous who they should replace is the office especially the manager. I’m scared to visit my mother especially in the night when I can see the tow truck passing looking for anyone to get. Protect the community by fixing these gates then you wouldn’t need a tow service!"
"If I could give this complex no starts I would. I myself do live here but I have a family member that does. Thee way DAWN treats people is inhumane!! She treats people as if they are less then, from going out her way to get people cars tow to giving people “tickets” because they have their trash outside their door is ridiculous! This is an elderly community where people that live here can’t do the everyday things on their own, and a person like her takes it for granted. I have seen her be rude to people, I have seen her not alone people to talk to her unless it’s “Wednesday” (the only day the office is open btw) and they have an appointment. This is supposed to be a community where we as family members should feel like our family members are being treated with the most care possible and to see that’s not happening is heartbreaking. It makes me feel like Dawn doesn’t have family and if she does she doesn’t care about them at all. In the position that she’s in she need to have empathy and she has zero empathy. I am sure that corporate is aware of the person they have running this place and doesn’t care but will care when lawyers and the news get involve. Something has to give people should be treat like trash! The are human and deserve to be treated as such."
"Im a current resident and it used to be 5 stars back when I moved in but after 6 years, increases in rent every year with no improvement to the property or service, I am ready to move somewhere else rather than keep putting up with Concord management. They are the worst I have experienced since I moved here to Florida in 2006. Concord claims this is a secure place but they have had the main entrance gate open 24/7 since 2018, before the pandemic and it looks like they don't plan on fixing the problem any time soon. Lately even homeless people been coming in and sleeping on the tables and chairs in the gazebo and other areas of the community."
"Terrible management company doesn’t care about the residents. The property manager Dawn is the worst. She hides from residents when they have concerns and has a note on the door not to knock at the door without an appointment. Its impossible to reach anyone in the office. From the leasing agent to the manager all calls or emails unanswered. Property is dirty disgusting elevators and maintenance requests ignored. My sister spend 6 days without AC and they didn’t care our elderly mother was living in those conditions. Do your self a favor and don’t move here. They discriminate against low income residents. The only good thing about this property is the maintenance tech which I recommend him to run away from this company. I don’t need a generic response from this company. What they need to do is to have employees that treat residents with dignity and respect. It’s a disgrace of an apt complex."
"For a week straight I called and left a voice mail to try and view an apartment for my PARENTS. I finally decided to go in yo the office. I went on a Monday and the doors were locked but I bumped into a resident who said maybe I could catch them on a Wednesday. I came back that Wednesday and the doors were still locke I bumped into a few residents who said there in there they just won't open up and talk to people. I thought that was strange, well they let me in and said you can try knocking but I doubt they will answer so I knocked. There was a sign that said if you knock we aren't going to answer because we only take appointments. I would have been glad to set an appointment but they never return calls. This is a sign this place isn't for my parents as they should be able to drop in to the office at anytime to discuss concerns or ask questions. How can you explain not having availability for seniors and disabled persons? It just doesn't make sense."
