"SHADY! The only reason we signed a 13 month lease was because they were offering one month for free. Now they are telling us that they have nothing in writing stating that and are demanding we pay the last months rent. Make sure to have everything in writing! My mistake for not pressing them to have it in writing. Besides that it is not worth it living here. Homeless people and shady people always scouring the apartment building and sleeping in corners of it and the maintenance team is barely responsive and slow acting. Our AC filter is BLACK and they still haven’t changed it yet. For the money we pay it is not worth it living here."

"I lived at this apartment complex 5 years ago and what I will say about this place is whenever I had a a maintenance request or issue with anything the staff and manager were always appropriate, polite and quick to solve my problems.. unlike the place I now currently live at sadly. The natural light from the large windows was the reason I lived here and it greatly increased my mood daily. The kitchen is a little odd with minimal storage space and my apartment layout, in my opinion, had a lot of wasted space but… if you like extra space and more of a minimalist vibe this place is great. I always felt safe and the coffee shop downstairs was a big bonus."

"I have been living here the past 3 months and have been very pleased with my experience so far. My favorite has to be the huge windows with all of the natural lighting and I absolutely adore my balcony. Any issues that has come up staff and management has been helpful with solving. I’ve lived in about 4 apartments and 1 house rental in Orlando thus far and this is definitely one that I am pleased with. The location, on sight amenities and security (just added a night officer on duty which I love along with gated parking and all doors are locked and need a code or key fab) I would recommend checking it out and seeing if it’s a right fit."
