"I've lived at Northlake Park since I moved to Orlando in 2017 and I would not live anywhere else. In the world of apartment complexes, Northlake Park is a community. Nestled in a quiet, safe and friendly neighborhood, 5 minutes from 528 and 417 it's easy for me to get anywhere in the city and I absolutely love coming home. The management here is top notch and the maintenance people are true professionals. I would recommend our community to anyone."

"If this community were to have a 4 bedroom townhome I'd stay forever! Staff is awesome starting from Edna who is the sweetest person ever. Maintenance is always prompt to help you and the whole community is very well maintained. I love it here! "The best community we’ve ever lived in. You do not feel like you’re living in an apartment AT ALL. The grounds are immaculate, tenants are friendly, bike/walking trails everywhere, it’s incredible. Maintenance (Sunil) is fantastic. They make repairs immediately and he actually knows what he’s doing! We moved out in 2014 bc of a family emergency but are looking to move back to Northlake Park Apartments in May. Myself, my daughter & my 2 dogs were so happy there. I don’t ever write reviews but they deserve it!!!"

"I have lived in 5 apartment complexes in between Tampa and Orlando, and this one was my most pleasant stay. I lived here for 2 years before my job relocated me back to Tampa (one year since I moved out). Shannon and Edna are both very helpful in the office, and I still keep in touch with them occasionally. If you have any maintenance issues at all (which rarely ever happened), the staff fixes it immediately. Property is well taken care of and peaceful. My neighbors where I lived were also very friendly and welcoming. It is and still is, the only community I lived where the neighbors actually mingle with one another and enjoy each others company. Many apartment complexes just want your money and don't really care what goes on after you sign a lease, but Northlake Park Apartments always treated me like a priority up until my final day there. They actually follow up on their end of the bargain in regards to your leasing contract. If something goes wrong, they fix it. If one tenant does something that breaks their lease agreement, they address it accordingly. I rarely take the time to review things online, but I feel they are deserving of high praise. If you are considering an apartment complex in the suburbs of Orlando, and Lake Nona specifically, you can't go wrong by choosing this property. Had I still lived in Orlando, I would have stayed here for the foreseeable future."
