"This is the worst apartment complex I HAVE EVER, EVER lived in. I have lived here for about eight months and struggle constantly with management. Each time I email them, they respond back and then completely forget about it. They also call you back about 20 phone calls after you complain to them about all the CRAP going on around the building - noisy neighbors, roaches, spiders, open gates 24/7, stolen packages - this place and the people that run it are BUSH LEAGUE to say the least. I can't wait until they get bought out or shut down. Either one would be appreciated at this point. My toddler could run this apartment complex better."

"EDITED: I don't know how to respond to the owner that replied to my comment, but it's a lie. My family member reached out COUNTLESS times, any the only response was saying they are a liar and needed 'proof' of the neighbor disturbance. If you want to live somewhere where this is tolerated, be my guest. I couldn't even sleep in the apartment at night because the neighbors were SO loud. This apartment complex is terrible. Filled with college kids, loud, obnoxious neighbors. The property managers don’t care whatsoever about noisy tenants. I visited family here who just had a newborn and the upstairs neighbors were throwing chairs or doing the cha cha slide for four hours, they couldn’t decide which one so kept interchanging. This place can go to hell. If you move in here you have a problem"

"Moving to this apartment complex has been the worst decision of my life. Every night sounds like the Gaza strip and the Daytona 500 combined. Next, there is no security at this apartment complex. They front as if a police officer is available but they will NEVER show up when you need them. The officer has had plenty of excuses and even stated they are "a police officer first". How dare I assume they would start by serving their own neighborhood first? It is completely abysmal to set the rent as if this is a "luxury apartment". There are better places to rent in the immediate area and again, I regret choosing this place over some of the others. Lastly, for those who hate bugs this is your fair warning; In the summer months the place is infested with spiders. Literally every tree around my building was lined with webs and I walked into dozens of them just trying to get into the breezeway."

"I’ve been at the point for over a year and only leaving to move into a house. My experience here has been great in every way. The amenities are great, the grounds are maintained in a great way, maintenance was always taken care of quickly, Cathleen, April and others always took care of me. They had a lot of fun perks e.g. Christmas wrapping, food truck every Thursday, wine/paint night etc. I know many people who have had awful experiences with their apartments and I can truly say that I’ve been very impressed with the management here. Highly recommend!"

"High end pricing with terrible resident care. My husband and I have lived in this establishment for over 4 years. When we first came the management, maintenance people, and community were great, we had no complaint’s. The immediate change in ownership of this apartment complex is when everything started going down hill. From lack of communication (they never answer the phones so don’t try calling), to never power spraying the buildings so they decided to paint over with a new color, maintenance people doing half of the work orders sent and mark them as completed, miscellaneous fees added on to your monthly statement without any notice. I also asked for a walkthrough with the manager and she messaged me her availability I responded back with a day that would work for me and never received any response.The list goes on and on.. but the lack of accountability with this management is very disappointing and was the final straw for us. If you are looking here, consider other options in the area. For as much money as you end up paying dealing with the management here Is not worth it."
