"Tiny place $860 a month. You'd get more for your money at the beach! Tiny, unit for 4 females, male moved in and it's just a business. They don't ask the Man to pay?? They don't ask men to move out of a girls dorm, NOTHING faith based about this place. Don't be fooled. You have been warned. It's a sneaky way to take your money."

"I have absolutely loved living here, the office staff is so nice and I have gotten to know them all very well, the maintenance team is also extremely nice they have been respectful before entering any of the apartments and have news letters posted all over complex of certain things being replaced for everyone in the building, and the manager Carter is so cooperative and try's to help you in any way that he can. I have met so many new people in the building!"

"I moved recently from living at Frassati hall for the duration of my undergraduate and graduate experience, and I can say I can’t imagine living anywhere else during college years! I have had such a good experience with the staff, always there for me when needed and willing to accommodate my needs where feasible. I found the apts to be the perfect size for me and highly cost-effective verses other college dorms or actual apts. Carter tries to be purposeful when placing roommates, in accordance with who would seem most compatible together, which I always valued over other places. Maintenance is always prompt with addressing and resolving problems and any disturbances are always handled within reasonable time and professionally. The area around the apt is safe and even has a cute little neighborhood I always used to run through. Only 1 mile from campus as well. Overall I really enjoyed it here and always recommend to any who ask me where I stayed during college!"
