"Don't trust them. I felt so obligated to do a second post to warn everyone from the property and management company ((saar management) seriously look up that company. I couldn't even get BBB to get ahold of them.)) The fact that this company and property don't have a class action against them is astounding. 2 years to fix an electrical issue, I had to fix the plumbing myself when I lived there. Raising rent with no notice, 5 managers in 2 years including a manager and assistant (told to me by the next manager, who was also fired) that they had been stealing money payments from tenants. Which, by the way, the property and subsequent management company never remedied with any tenant. Do not expect a security deposit back because, as well as myself, anyone who moved out never got it. At best, this place is a quick apartment if you're desperate. At worst, it's a scam and run by con artists with no intention of helping. Also, they were starting to set up a wheel for prizes if you had given a 5-star review when I turned my key in, so be wary of that. 5 STARS if you're a package thief or drug dealer as that has been happening, and they take no responsibility for anything on their property. If I'm able to still access my account I will show proof of them not fixing anything. Also if you follow up with owners responses to reviews they don't actually do anything"

Thanks to Enron for repairing my flapper and chain for my toilet! He was very kind and stood by his word of returning the same day to repair it. That meant a lot!"

"This is the absolute WORST place to live. I've only been here since March and my apartment has black mold all up my hallway wall. There's also a hole because of a leak from who knows where. My bathroom is in my bedroom and it's literally been flooded with sewer water. It's in my bedroom floor and hallway. You can hear the water under the floor boards when you walk. There's a leak in my kitchen sink. I've reported them to the city and they've been fined but nothing has changed for me. I'll have to leave at this point. There are nats all over because of the water leaks. Roaches are everywhere. I have a 10 month old who can't even play on the floor. It stinks everyday and they want to evict me because I refuse to pay to live in this filth."

"The only and I mean it when I say the only reason I am giving you a two star rating is because of MAINTENANCE when they were able to be sent my way. I lived in the back apartments in the townhomes I've had a number of issues since I've lived there infested with roaches, giant spiders, fruit flys,water leaks, homeless crackheads trying to break into my car WHILE IM DRIVING AWAY,I've been scammed out of a pet deposit and had to remove my family dog of 10+ years you name it I've seen it all my apartments are now condemned due to a major pipe burst in the floor which is not the first time this has happened one time the burst was so bad it popped my tiles up and the previous maintenance fixed it with the wrong tile and didn't grout it either but they were doing what they were told by the careless revolving door of management this place is a joke the same office staff you see now won't be the same in a week except for maybe the young Hispanic girl and the white kid (I give them their props for toughing it out.) They basically bandaid everything until the problems are too big to deal with. I had to move out in a day because my apartment was part of the main water source of the entire complex and they tried to offer a studio apartment as a resolution mind you I have an aunt that also lives in these apartments and had to relocate out of her studio because sewage water would come into her house so that was not an option for me I asked for my last months rent back and was told I would get my prorate back in two weeks AFTER they view the Total damages in my house (which i left a lot behind because like i said I had to move out in a day) needless to say I won't hold my breath and expect them to do right by me and give me my money back. Save your money time and headache and go somewhere far away from here."
