"I live in P204 my AC been out for 5 days no one had come to fix it yet this is the 7th call to management my phone calls not being answered my apartment is over 80 degrees i im staying at my mother house because my AC is not fixed they dont care"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! I can go all day of why nobody should live here. But in a nutshell with the recent markets, lack of maintenance/upkeep, loud and irritating neighbors, and a major pest problem. My rent went up over $300 from 1 year to the next, they neglected to do any upgrades, cleanings or anything to compensate that increase. Plus they also did not givre me more than 4 weeks notice of the new rent amount. I started having issues with my fridge, i requested maintainence to fix it, it never got fixed 4 months. Yet when I give a notice to vacate all of a sudden I get my fridge switched out. I would not reccommend these apartments to my worst enemy. They are ancient, dirty, unkempt, noisy people, inconviently placed and have no consideration 4 diversity in tenants. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!"

"I have been having a problem with my air condition unit. it is not working and have not been working in 4 weeks. The old management have been working been working with the owner to try and get it fix. But the new management have given me their but to kiss and do not gives a rat tail. Each time I go by the office they tell me the manger will call me, she never does. I call they tell me the manger will call me she never do. They had professional air condition companies to come out and they all have advised them that them that they need to tear up the floor boards and repair the leak from the air condition. They will not do it. I am running fans and I cannot cook a healthy meal for me and my son. The com and put Freon in it and i get the worst headache ever. The come in my apartment and turn it on when I am not home the temperature reads 96 inside and outside reads 110. This is causing my light bill to increase. in which they do not care. Please do not look to call this your home.......... I am so disappointed because it is in the water and great fishing, but they don't keep them clean, steps or walkways. I cannot wait until my lease is up."
