"Chelsea Courtyards is a bright spot in Arlington! Nice buildings, grounds and neighbors. Stephanie in the office has a thankless job and she handles it with grace. Maintenance is responsive. Since I've moved in, the closed pool has opened and a new servicer has improved some of the laundry room issues. Like any situation, there are ups and downs, currently we're working with JEA to improve our energy usage - the air conditioning does struggle to keep up and is expensive. But overall I'm pleased and would recommend Chelsea Courtyard to others."
"I lived here for a year, they were very fast on responding to issues i was having with my unit, but, the AC issue was unbearable. I was in an upstairs unit, a bunch of quick fixes, a fan in the dining area, but ac was still not working and it was sweltering in the unit. So they put a window unit in my window (felt unsafe that there was a window open at all times in not the safest neighborhood) and the electricity to power the window unit ran us a 400 dollar jea bill to attempt to cool down at least the living space and our childs room. All in all we dealt with pretty much the entire summer with our AC out before we had to move....also pool never opened and i had to pay for wristbands or whatever"
"If I was able to give no star I would. I hate these apartments I have been here since 2021 and it’s always someone new in the front office my ac is leaking into my downstairs neighbor. My house had mold the maintenance man came sprayed paint on it and it grew right back. They left us in the heat for a week. They kept telling me someone coming tomorrow. Tomorrow will come still no ac is being fix. My sink is clogged they have not fixed."
