"Asking maintenance to pick up an old ac until off the sidewalk shouldn’t have to be a complaint. Reporting broken glass off the sidewalk near the mailboxes that’s been there for a week and told I was complaining."

"My appt was at 11am this morning . I waited till , 11:30 . Nobody showed up to show me the place . I had to leave . They did not call or anything to tell me they weren't going to show up . I could not wait any longer . I went and got into a place the same day . Glad I did not rent there . This is bad business when I had to have an appt.. nobody answers the phone either ."

"This apartment complex has a lot of 5 star reviews but, I don’t see how. My stay here has been everything but “wonderful”. The roach infestation in the reviews is real. And i’ve tried everything. I’ve requested weekly maintenance and have not received it. When I do put in requests i got what looked like a fogger from walmart that I could have bought myself. I tried Multiple Home Defense tactics from the store and DIY, I’ve even hired exterminators myself and I still have to kill 3-4 roaches a day. both german house roaches and american roaches in the sewers. I do not feel comfortable showering, cooking or even sleeping in this apartment. I fear for my belongings, I don’t like like potentially i have bugs crawling on my things. I am anxiously awaiting the expiration of my lease. The sewer or water is not good. When I turn my faucet on, it comes out yellow first. I can’t imagine what the water is doing to my skin. It just feels unsafe and inhabitable to live there. It makes me sad and even embarrassed to call this my “home”. The apartment has stray geese and cats like are everywhere. They swim in the pool all year round, and leave feces along the sidewalks."

"This place is wonderful if you like a place that is roach-infested, the toilets are always clogged and so are the sinks. There's almost always no hot water. Management is horrible. Maintenance is never done one requested. Pest control is laxidasical at best. They leave garbage on the streets overflowing the bins for weeks at a time. The neighbors are noisy and always making loud noises. And though there is a security company listed they are never present. It doesn't feel safe here. Runaway run far far away."

"I love living here, I've been here for two years. They have done nothing but help me and work with me and the leasing office and maintenance know me by name. One time my AC broke and it did take a little bit for them to fix it but they replaced it with a entirely new one that worked much better. There were some bugs in the beginning but they supply pest control that works well, and now I haven't seen any in months. I'll probably be living here all throughout college, I don't ever plan on moving. The neighborhood isn't great if I'm being honest, but it's a perfect location in the city, close to everything. And, this is the QUIETEST place I've ever lived in, and I've even lived in some luxury apartments. My neighbors never hear me sing, and I sing very loud. The neighbors next door to the complex have loud parties all the time but as soon as you go into your place there is silence. The walls are like cement. So, highly recommend! Staff is awesome."
