"I moved to the complex in 2020 and had to found a place fast and reasonable and this place was that for me. I like it here because of the quiet and peaceful area and friendly neighbors. Everyone looks out for each other and after going thru a few different managers and maintenance personal, they have found a very good manager and maintenance. They are really quick on getting any kind of maintenance done when you call in a issue and very friendly along with very helpful with other issues. They are both doing more about fixing and cleaning up the complex. You do not even hear any noise from your next door neighbors and they don't hear you. Thank you both."

"Since I've been in Jacksonville the past 2.5 years this has to be the best place that I e came across. Very affordable, very quiet. Minor issues but nothing to bring a star down. Especially compared to other places I've lived and visited. The management and maintenance here has done a great job as well keeping the property clean. The neighbors are respectful too for the most part (it's always a few). Ive already recommended a few people here from my job. But if I ever run into anyone who is moving to Jacksonville, I would most definitely recommend Manchester."

"Apartment manager Connie Ivey is racist. She Stays at the apartment complex till 9pm at night daily. Has her Ex husband drop off children to the office after hours. Locks herself in the office. When it should be open for potential and current tenants during business hours. Floors and walls are extremely hollow. Although it is one level u can hear all tenants moving about that you share the building with. Complex needs alot of work. Out dated and not worth the continuous increase in rent . I paid 1367 monthly never late,and couldn't get a simple repair done. DO NOT MAKE THIS YOUR HOME You will regret it. Apartment complex next door is nice up to date and damn near the same price. This company does not care about its tenants the apartment manager before Karen I mean Connie was even worse."
