"Do NOT move here. The front desk property manager has threatened to terminate my lease, after she slammed the front door in my face when trying to accept a delivery. I certainly hope this property manager doesn’t reflect the views of the management company. Luckily, management is allowing me out of my lease due to these issues. PROPERTY ALSO DOESN’T RECYCLE! While the apartments are new, clearly GMC properties has some work to do regarding their front office staff if those are the values they don’t wish to have representing them. I believe there other new buildings in the area are better options for future residents. Bc the front office staff isn’t worth the headache."

"Front office staff is abominable and building doesn’t recycle. The main entrance doors where the call box is located for visitors is locked when the front office isn’t there, or when they mysteriously don’t show up on work days. It is impossible to easily access deliveries, allow visitors in. Etc. When apt hunting you can definitely find a better place that is just as new, with the same amenities, and you aren’t scared to have to walk through the front entrance of building for fear of property manager. Hopefully GMC properties gets these front office issues fixed. Because it’s a cute building."

"My boyfriend and I haven’t moved in yet but we secured a spot at the Hendricks back in January/February. We have had nothing but great experiences with Beth during this process. We were able to see an almost completed unit recently and they spared no expense in making the apartment rooms so nice and modern! We’re so excited to move soon."
