"Been staying here for 3/4 years . They do not fix anything .its roaches and rats . In the new lease they put they will not do anything to help with rats which is crazy . The rent went wayyy up but what did they improve?NOTHING . All they did was paint windows blue and change out toilets to smaller ones . Not one thing has been updated in this complex except for their leasing office . Play ground DIRTY. Gates don’t work so it’s always ppl out here who don’t belong . Parking is horrible . Insides hallways dirty .ppl have mold and leaks in apartments. These apartments aren’t worth the price they are trying to hijack it too . This is truly a scam apartment complex . Avoid it with all cost . Ppl be fighting at night , we had shooting and killings . I bet they won’t do a door to door survey on how tenants really feel out here smh they should be ashamed of themselves"

"Please note that many of the reviews are fake. These apartments are FILTHY. The hallways are beyond disgusting. The management is not attentive AT ALL. The maintenance rigs and never fixes. The nicest thing about this place is probably the ponds."

"I AM SO TIRED OF DEALING WITH RATS IN THE APARTMENT COMPLEX. I CANT keep Food in my apartment because I wake up to find rats have gotten into it. They have roaches but they do not have nobody to come and spray. There is mold in my apartment. Holes inside the buildings walls. I can hear rats running in the ceiling at night. My kids are scared to go to bed because they can hear the rats in the kitchen. Maintenance is very slow to get anything done. I shouldn’t have to come out of pocket to try to get rid of rats only for another one to appear. It’s not fair. But quick to put a on a door if your are five days late. But can’t fix these problems. I loss baskets of clothes because my air conditioner was leaking bad. They finally fixed it after the people below me complained."

"Tiffany and Danny are amazing and definitely care about their residents. The property has definitely improved over the last 6 months as they have righted the ship with the improvements. Plank floors and cabinet upgrades. You will like this place that they make you feel like your home:)"
