"Management staff is unorganized and threatened to call the police on a tenants for use of the pool during the labeled pool hours! Come to find out the pool is only open Monday - Friday- but only when the office is open - tenant using the pool when office was closed on Memorial Day was threatened. Lots of bugs! Doors not flush with walls inviting them in, maintenance lied to tenant about roof needing to be replaced when air conditioning was leaking into apartment, windows rattle with the wind and they won’t replace - bugs pouring out of anything warm including the water heater- DO NOT MOVE HERE BEWARE!"

This company TENTH STREET PROPERTIES is STEALING VENDOR'S MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, We are an small construction company working for AZALEA RIDGE, SAN JOSE PLACE, SAN JOSE VILLAGE and some of other properties managed by TENTH STREET PROPERTIES, doing our best always, anytime, anyday or any service they may need for their properties. They owes us more than $17000.00 !!!!!!! , The owner Mr. Michael Rosengarten, was paying us regulary, until we noticed that some invoices were skipped, we contacted him to let him know about this issue, we sent the invoices again, statements and everything they asked for, to show him those invoices not paid, the results were unexpected, He got mad, even when he has no control of what he was paying for, on each payment check they sent us, we had to find out, what he was paying for, the payments always came with no description, and even that, he refused to pay our money. We have been reaching out to him again, several times, the general manager Adel Heljo, and they are not responding emails, messages or calls, I guess they have a decision made, and it is STEAL OUR MONEY, the truth is the job is done, the apartments has been rented, and we didn'tg got pay for it. I am really concerned because we work for money as everybody does, and this company keeps operating as nothing happens, just to play with people’s money, discriminating to the small business!!!! VENDORS PLEASE BE AWARE! THIS IS A RED FLAG."

"I have been there for 7 years. Left because I bought a home. Azalea Ridge has been a very nice home for us. The apartment is spacious and the Management and Maintenance Staff are wonderful. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and very politely. If you are looking for a great place to live this is it."

"Very spacious Apartments I been living here since June && have had no problems. The Manager Moses is great && always gets the job done . Any maintenance issues I have it is always done that day or the following without me having to ask twice. Great management with a Quiet Community no complaints."

The apartments are big and it's in a great location! Close to so many shops and restaurants. 10/10 would Azalea Ridge to anyone I know. Mr. Moses (the manager).
