"DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Worst community and staff literally ever I could not wait until I was able to finally get out of here. Front desk people specifically Stacy are awful they never answer the phone you can call and leave voicemails and nobody will ever return them. I had so many maintenance issues and not 1 got addressed the whole year I was living there. I had spoken to Stacy multiple times about my issues never getting addressed so one day I went down there to speak to a manager…when she asked me why I told her I’ve been trying to go through you to get someone out and she said she “had a bad memory” and had no idea what I was talking about LOLL. There was a water leak and the maintenance people came and put huge holes in the walls to get to the pipes AND NEVER COVERED THE HOLES. I could see the pipes through my bathroom walls for months. They say they will send someone out the next day and nobody ever shows up. Even the manager told me they will make sure someone comes out within the next 2 days and nobody ever showed. Bug infested when I moved in there was FLEAS in my unit. A dead roach would be on the floor every time I came home no matter how neat my place was. Unsafe community there’s car break ins and I had to have a police escort me to my front door as they were swatting the building next to me. That’s not the only time there was cops and police tape around a building either. My upstairs neighbor was a weirdo and would always cat call or try and talk to me as I was walking to my home. Even would bang on my door at 1am. (I am a 19 year old girl). Trash never would get picked up they might grab it from your door but they just pile it out infront of your building and leave it there for days. I normally don’t leave reviews but the staff acts like this is a 5 star luxury community and it’s nothing short of a DUMP! Below is pictures of the holes they left in my unit and never came and fixed no matter how many times I called or put in a work order."

"It was a great place before they sold it to a new company. Then when Andre and Norman left, it all went down hill. Norman and Andre were always there when something went wrong or broke down and even looked after my unit when we had to travel, now nothing gets fixed and if they do fix it they want to charge you. The rent went up and it’s wasn’t the same since the new company took over and the old employees that actually worked for a living left. Norman and Andre made living there a much better place!"

"I have lived here for about a month and a half. These are the best apartments i have stayed in a long time, I live in the Steele layout and it is absolutely gorgeous. Neighbors are respectful, and approachable. Not to mention, the surrounding property is beautiful. it reminds me of a nature trail park. with plenty of bridges and ponds and creeks in the area. The maintenance crew is very friendly also and can always be seen keeping the property maintained, and Dory the property manager is so sweet and attentive, she does everything within her power to make your living experience pleasant. I am glad i chose this place to be home."
