"Kings trail apartments are scammers I moved out around 7 months ago and they put a collection on my account for damages that I discussed to them about, and were on their part, they do not do a walk in move out so they will try and scam you if you are moving out make sure you do a walk out so they can’t scam you. UPDATE : The next day after I paid the fraudulent debt they put on my credit report a corporate member reached out to me trying to negotiate me taking down my review and they would remove it off my credit report a day after I paid it’s a little too late for that! DO NOT LET KINGS TRAIL SCAM YOU!!"

"This is the worst apartment complex you can find in Jacksonville. It is pretty old, roaches everywhere, mice and dirty. Even the first day when you move in everything is nasty. Believe me, do not lose your money."

"I currently live at this Kings Trail units. And the reviews are accurate . They would rather patch up something rather than actually fix it. Old broken down plumbing,cabinets, walls etc,. This use to be such a nice space. Not now. They even had a rat problem so bad it was on the local news. They've fixed up a few up the units to pull people in. My apartment is a mess. I HAD to move in this unit due to a fire in another one of the units. Whoever lived here before me was a complete slob. The unit even smells from the old water damaged pipes and wood in the walls. On a fixed income and cannot afford to move and the things I've posted need to be seen to believe. Only thing good about the units is one of the workers in the leasing office "Yudi". She helps as much as she can but she only works here and has little say so. The office manager could care less. The manager tells you Anything to appease you at the time. For instance, I saw them fixing up another unit opening boxes with vanity bathroom stuff and was told it was not new items. Im 70, but I know new from refurbished, etc. I'm so sick and tired of this mess. As for repairs, let's just say they will put a small bandage on a multiple gunshot and stabbing incident, rather than call Emetgency or a doctor. This place has gone to hell and even prayers can't help it. The one star is for Yudi. I have a lot more to say and review but nobody connected to these units could care less about the apartments or the tenants except the money. Ms Gibbs ."
