"I’ve lived in about five luxury apartment towers in the last five years, and this one takes the cake. It’s even more beautiful in person than in the pictures and what is truly amazing is the management staff. They are completely non-corporate, and absolutely accommodating, responsive, and flexible. I dealt with Sandra, and she takes the win for the best of the best. Regrettably my spouse recently found out that the transfer might be to a different location so it looks like we will not be needing this apartment. But we researched all of them in Jacksonville (ended up seeing two) and this is absolutely the place to live in the Jacksonville, downtown, metro area. Ps: on on my initial walk-by the building when we arrived, I saw a resident walking into the building and I asked him what he thought about living there and he had nothing by compliments."
"I have been living here for four months and absolutely love it here. The owner, the leasing staff, security guards, maintenance man, and housekeeping all go above and beyond what is required of them. The location is perfect, I can walk to my dentist, eye doctor, and countless restaurants. Plus, the walls must be very thick because I do not hear my neighbors!"
