"I’ve been living here with my family (family of 4) plus our cat. The size of our two bedroom is perfect. We’ve got tons of closet space and the washer and dryer closet is big enough for our full size appliances. The kitchen is perfect size for us. I love it. Management is great especially Debbie she is the sweetest lady who cares about the tenets and always listens. The neighbors are super quiet and sweet. My fiancé and I have had no problems with break ins with our vehicles or damages. Maintenance is quick to tend to any repairs but I’ve not had a lot of issues only had to call them twice about different things and obviously it was done right because the problem went away and they were quick and nice about it. The complex is always tidy and pool always clean there’s an awesome screened in area by the pool and it’s always clean and great to sit and relax. Out of all the apartments I’ve lived (totaling 5) this has been the best apartment living experience. Thank you mandarin lania apartments for being a great place for my family and I. I’ll always recommend this place a hundred times over. Debbie you’re an amazing woman who has been so helpful and sweet and I appreciate you."

"We lived here for 2 years before buying our house. Other than one annoying neighbor we never had any issues and as far as we had ever experienced it was a very safe complex. The management was always nice and the one time we needed maintenance it was for our AC and they took care of the problem quickly, 8AM the next morning, as it started acting up late at night. The units are admittedly a bit dated but, I believe in correlation, rent is cheaper than anywhere else in the Mandarin area that isnt income restricted. They have a pool and tennis court but we didn't use them as we tend keep to ourselves but they seemed nice and clean. There are a lot of nice places to eat and shop close by and its close to I95 so getting around town isn't a hassle. Basicly they are older apartments that dont have any of the new fancy amendments like recently built apartments but it is quiet and cheap and on a good side of town close to lots of nice places to eat and shop. If that sounds good to you then this is your kind of place. Overall it was a very nice place to live and save up money for our eventual home purchase."

"I lived here years ago when I was a single mom. The apartment was the perfect size. They were animal friendly and service was great. The neighbors were very friendly and we really enjoyed the pool. Our screened in lanai had an awesome view. I loved it!"

"Rent is way to high. Apartments badly need updating as well as the property itself. It looks nice driving in but that is for marketing purposes. Lots of old people here feels like a run down retirement community. Police are here on a regular basis.Tennis court is not safe because its not maintained.Pool is small and taken over by a group of drunks. Maintenance is poorly ran. Management does not care about anything except your rent getting paid. Slumlord basically. This place is very cheaply ran but is expensive in rent. BEWARE!!!!!"
