"Inspection of appliances in a unit. Bugs everywhere. Dishwasher back flowing dirty sink water into Dishwasher. Management doesn't care. Clothes washer can not complete a cycle due to door lock issues requiring tenants restart washer 3 or more times during cycle. Management does not care! Rusted out stoves. Look this is one of the worst places if you want clean. They don't care about tenants so sign a check to em and move on. I wouldn't recommend anyone be stuck in that place!"

"When they owe you money they will not pay you back. Quick to put a notice on peoples doors that I’ve seen on my neighbors that owe money but not quick to return money when they owe it to you. Very unprofessional office and cockroach infested apartment complex. Garbage always is a mess, maintenance barges in without permission. This has been one of the worse experience I’ve had in the Jacksonville area. Not military friendly stay far away from here."

"Work order gets done in timely manner, the ladies at the office are super friendly and helpful and fun to talk to. The property stays clean and all the amenities, specialty the gym with the new system they have to entry, I can go anything time. I really enjoy living here and will be renewing in December. Thank you for all your hard work Vue at Baymeadows staff."

"It has been a pleasure living here at the view in Baymeadows since 2017. I only have one complaint about the pool pool contractor keeps leaving a black muck stain around the entire pool. Everyone here is helpful. The staff is great. Renee has been excellent in her management skills of the property and she is always helpful as is everyone in the office truly appreciate them and they deserve a raise."

"I was a resident at this apartment complex for the past two years. My experience here was great. Ms. Cozzette when I first moved in. She was very nice and welcoming. She was super helpful when my apartment was not ready at the beginning of my lease and she found me another apartment to live in! I had minimal issues while living here. My work orders were filled fairly quickly. The maintenance personnel, Juan Carlos, was very nice, and worked very fast and efficiently when I had experienced some leaking. When moving out the leasing agent, Ari was very helpful in explaining my options. Overall it is not a bad place to live. It is fairly quiet, unless there is a heated soccer game happening which did not really bother me. This place is a hidden gem with decent amenities!"
