"Just moved in and wanted to say we have had nothing but a great experience. Move in process was pain free. I wanted to mention the incredible way they handled the recent issue with my apartment's HVAC system. When the heating went out, I admit I was worried about facing a long, chilly spell. But they all surprised us in the best way possible! Their prompt action and efficient service were truly remarkable. From the friendly maintenance team who quickly diagnosed the problem to the speedy installation of a brand new system, everything was handled with professionalism and genuine care. It felt like they understood the urgency of the situation and immediately set things in motion to solve it. Having my apartment warm and cozy again within such a short time feels like a gift, especially with winter weather setting in. It's made a world of difference to my comfort and peace of mind. The efficiency and dedication they all displayed are truly exemplary. I can't remember the last time I encountered such seamless service from any maintenance team. "I have lived in a 1 bedroom Tuscany for about 15 months. I love living here. I am currently in the process of transferring to a 2 bedroom unit. I am super excited. When I need maintenence, it gets taken care of quickly. I appreciate them taking good care of me. The property manager Ms. Frida and assistant manager Ms. Rachel always do their best to help me resolve any issues that may come up. I've had positive interaction with maintenance staff and the maintenance supervisor Mr. Ramos makes sure tickets are responded to quickly. The community is pleasant and I do not regret choosing to live here"

"EDITED: I lived at the Park at Anzio from July, 2022 to July 2023. I had constant roach issues and had to spray the little ants that came from under my sink. The security gate never worked for the year I was there. I had to deal with couples constantly arguing and having to call noise control at least once a week for almost 3 months before they moved out. Nevermind, the late night parties by the pool and how residents would litter everywhere or the overflowing garbage area. I would be constantly woken up by circumstances beyond my control. Valet trash was the only good part but that's included in rent payment. Worst of all is how they justified keeping my security deposit! I confirmed to them that I was moving out at the end of my lease (July 14, 2023). I paid the amount they requested for my July rent. They kept my deposit because they said my 60 days notice would of been July 17 and that I owed up to the 60 days and not the actual lease end date?? I did everything I needed to do to get my security deposit and cleaned it better than how they rented me the apartment. I even changed the air filter every month! I don't see how they can justify keeping my deposit. I tried talking to Rachel, the manager, but she was absolutely no help. DO NOT move here."
