"They changed the name, for more reviews their old name was avesta. Btw whether or not you did any damage to the unit they keep your security deposit. And if they don't like you will make up a bogus list of things that the security deposit didn't cover just to charge you more. The only thing that was damage when I move out was the carpet and window blinds but out of a list of 6 things an additional $1500 apart from the deposit was added and none of it was about the carpet or blinds. This was 2 years ago so hopefully they're getting better"
"I moved in here, in October, I’ve never been happier with an apartment! And I wanna personally thank Reva. The sales rep at the front office for going ABOVE AND BEYOND for me and my spouse. Without her, we’d be homeless! We had awful credit and not much work history since we just moved into town! She took her time. She worked with us in EVERY single way. And I got very blessed to be a kind person to help me get on my feet again! 5 stars all the way P.s. maintenance is solid here too!"
"Love it !!! Arcona Grove is a great place , very peaceful. Reva was my leasing agent and i feel so well with her , i don’t speak english very well and she was very patient , sHe spoke to me in simple language and allowed me to translate for my husband. She showed us each apartment with a smile and made us feel that this could be a good home for us, she convinced us to stay here and helped us at all times with the application. The area is very clean, the apartments are in very good condition, everything works well and until today we have had no problems"
"Damaris was my leading agent, great experience. Moved in a few weeks ago. Not everything was perfect on move in but staff did Come back to address in timely manner. In this rental market it can be hard to find somewhere affordable that feels and looks good, overall very happy that I found a place"
