"My boyfriend and I absolutely love this place. Kevin and staff are are polite and hands on. If you have any issues or concerns they do their absolute best to resolve and fix any problems that may pop up. I recently had an issue and Kevin went above and beyond to make sure they found who it was and handled the situation. They have done so many improvements since we first moved in. They are awesome at communicating any issues with the facility and move fast to fix them. They are even starting to have food trucks, happy hour, pool parties and more to get everyone together and have some fun. I love the feeling of knowing our concerns are heard and are working to be fixed, couldn’t ask for a better first apartment."

"The spaces are great and the property is very well maintained. The only issue I've had were recent reoccurring disputes with a neighbor. Fortunately, the property management has been attentive and helpful. Kevin, in particular, has been very understanding and patient during times where I've reached out after hours. With his help mediating, we were able to come to a reasonable resolution for everyone. Things have vastly improved, thanks to management. A great space/property is one thing, but add in excellent, skilled management and it's not just a place to live for the time being, it becomes a place to actually stay."

"Can't say enough about how good this experience has been. I've lived here for a while now and was worried when I heard a new management company took over. However, Kevin and his team has been a welcome and vast improvement! The staff are friendly and helpful. Loving the new residents events as well! Neighbors and friends of mine living here are definitely pleased! It's pet friendly. Being a cautious pet owner, new management is making sure they have all pet information on file for the safety of other pets and all other residents. Again, great experience and highly recommended!"

"I loved this apartment so much when I first moved here. However, since management changed it has been a disaster. 1. The gates work sometimes. It is not a gated community. 2. The amenities such as the study rooms are closed. You can't use them. Then why am I paying all this money for stuff I can't use. Also people have been complaining about the roach infestation and mold issues in their apartment. My neighbor got sick from it. Management refuse to do anything about it. 3. The new manager Kevin is so rude and disrespectful. He acts nonchalant when speaking to him. His comments are sarcastic when naming your concerns to him. You are here to represent your tenants. You should be able to receive when someone has concerns and work out the best strategies for them. 4. Maintenance is a big issue. They never get to you on time. I cannot wait to move. People I beg do not move here take your money elsewhere. There are far nicer apartments out there."

"I absolutely love my apartment and the things it offers.. pet spa. Pool. Yoga room you name it!! Breezeways are kept clean and the property is pretty quiet for the most part. The lounge is my favorite area. Management is great at sending communications…. I have noticed the upkeep on the property and it’s relieving to know I’m getting my money worth. and it really gives a luxury feel!!! Thank you to Ashley and the other ladies that helped during my move in… highly recommended !!!"
