"Well I have to tell you this about seaboard apartments. The lady was not kind she ran me through the conversation she didn't take her time. To explain to me what I needed to know and hung up on me so and I just didn't feel appreciated or any of that you know. So saying all that I gave her a three. If you're going to speak like that to people when you when you talk to them you know and not give them full details and let them know what they need to know. There's no sense that even have that job right so I'm just being honest that's what I feel they weren't nice at all."

"These people are horrible I don’t recommend this place. we had cold showers for 4 days straight no hot water. We keep reaching out to them no answer. We called, emailed, and left a voice mail. To mention they still didn’t call back. We also experiencing mold in the apartment stuff that keep making us sick. However, we had to pull up the carpet and fix what was giving us upper respiratory infection. This place just horrible and I don’t recommend it for no one."
