"My family and I have been here for almost two months and absolutely love it here. As we moved to Florida from the west coast on a very tight time frame, we did not have time to visit in advance. But we had absolutely no problem with the leasing process. We were asked for extra documents of identification which was easily taken care of by Eric, who by the way is the sweetest just like everyone else on the management team. This team is here for us, residents. As new residents not just to Volta but also the state we did run into our fair share of stressful issues and honestly the team have helped us transition with grace and diligence. They always do a follow up, which we really appreciate the professionalism. Also noticed the maintenance team working hard on site throughout the day to keep our area super clean, neat and up to date. As stated in reviews and available on pictures, the amenities are top notch. Very nice to show off to visitors. We also love, again thanks to the management team, the monthly events that takes place almost every week. We do love our new home and the views are gorgeous."

"Scheduled a Tour with Eric a couple days back and he was extremely friendly like the nicest person ever! Super patient and answered all of my questions … I was down to two apartment complexes and unfortunately didn’t go with Volta since the distance from my job was a little further but besides that I would have loved to live there the area is super safe and the amenities are incredible if you are thinking about living there do It!"
