"I'm not normally one to do reviews before I live there, but the one and only previous review (at time of writing) needs addressing (EDIT: has since been removed). Today I went and signed up with a lovely lady named Sonja, who showed me my actual unit, waited patiently while I measured every nook and cranny with a tape measure, and was generally easy to work with. I parked in the parking lot, picked out my assigned space, stood in my actual unit and did my agreements on Rent Cafe, which is the same program my other apt uses. I got here by touring 4 other Fort Family complexes. They have a very nice park named after them right down the road.I am very disinclined to believe this is a scam. Maybe just go visit them if you're interested. If when I get in there I have problems that are not addressed, I will update at that time, but they are quite professional so far. Despite being under construction, the place is beautiful."
