"Beware!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE! If I could give 0 stars I would. The first time I lived here was back in 2020 and the front desk staff was awesome!! After getting back from a 10 month deployment I moved back into these apartments….What a mistake! The roach and bug infestation is out of control!! We requested for them to spray a bunch of times and they would close out the request without coming to spray. My husband moved in before I did since he got back from deployment before me and while I was still deployed my catalytic converter was stole off my truck and his truck was broken into. When I emailed the front desk they stated “sorry crime does not have a zip code”. While living here roaches got into the appliances and everything. When I called the front desk about it about 6 months ago they said there is nothing they can do about it but send someone to spray. Which they only sent someone 1 or 2 times. Our lease has now come to an end and we put in a notice that we would not be renewing. However when I put the notice in it was hard to get an answer back and the people who work in the office make their own hours and never answer the phone. So finally someone got back to me and said that they would send me something to sign and they never did. It took 4 trips to the office to finally get a hold of them. The first of the month comes around and it’s my last 2 weeks in the lease. My account balance reflects $90. Before paying that I called the office and couldn’t get ahold of anyone once again. So had to make a few more trips to the office to finally get ahold of someone. They checked into my account and said I owe more and my resident portal will update with the correct balance the person I was talking to at the front said that’s all I would owe besides the cleaning fee once’s I move out. I asked multiple times if that’s all I would owe and he said yes that’s it. Now im hit with a $1300 charge after paying the $900 at the beginning of this month. When I called to ask why I spoke with Erna. She said it’s an early termination fee. And I asked why no one told me that. She said that’s not their job to tell anyone that. Not only was she not helpful but she talks to you like you are stupid. So now I’m paying $2,200 all together for this roach infested apartment. Now including all the money I had to spend to personally bomb all my stuff in the apartment bc of all the bugs. The front desk staff is no help at all Erna is the worst person in there to talk to. What I want to know is what the front desk job is if it’s not to help residents? Even if you give your notice and they don’t get back to you it’s your fault and you will pay an early termination fee even if you didn’t terminate your lease early. Just got back from a deployment for the holidays to deal with worst apartment complex ever. Also they refuse to let you do a walk through with them at the end of your lease probably because they want to scam you out of more money! How can I talk to corporate or someone above Erna who will not talk down to me or give me The information I’m looking for?"
"Upon first touring Meridian all seemed well. Since moving in, our experience has gone down hill. We moved in around August 2022. Since then my car has been broken into once and completely trashed, and my neighbors car has been broken into 3 times! I’ve left multiple voicemails with the apartment management office about the break ins and none have been returned. I have also inquired about what additional safety measures will be taken, no response. My neighbors and I personally called police to notify them of the break ins, they visited and investigated. The police officer informed us that crime has been increasing in this area and they have been responding to a lot of similar calls at our complex. Throughout the apartment complex multiple of the outdoor parking lot security lights are not working and have not been for awhile. There is no gate to enter the apartments. No cameras. No follow up or concern from Meridian apartment management. If safety is important to you do not live here. Unfortunately for us we pre- signed another year lease before the break ins occurred, so we are stuck here until our lease is up."
"I am also sorry if anyone saw my previous review and wanted to move here. The lady in the office is always so rude to me. Now my rent is hundreds of dollars higher than my lease and I can't get them to pick up the phone or answer an email during business hours. It has gone downhill here, quick We are starting our second year here and really love it. They made us feel valued at lease renewal, thank you. The maintenance staff is super awesome and trustworthy as well. It's very dog friendly and all the neighbors have been great. - the smiths"
"If you’re looking for affordable apartments, clean property and with great staff you’ve come to the right place! Chelsea and her staff are amazing. They go over and beyond to make sure everyone is happy. Oh and on a hot day I love to take a soak in the pool and play shuffle board and the arcade games! Keep up the great work!!"
"Very upset with the front office service. Erna and the office manager have been taking their sweet time swapping me and the new resident out of the lease. I have to call every week (it has been 3 weeks) to get an update and they keep saying they are working on it when they are not. Would not recommend this apartment complex. I moved in with a German roach infestation and it was not properly deep cleaned on move in day. Erna also messed up our leasing papers at the beginning and charged us an extra $50 for the pet fees which is suppose to be separate. She then tried to blame it on us saying it was our fault when is was her mistake the whole time. Very unprofessional!"
