"I stayed here with a relative over the holiday. It was quiet during my visit. The grounds are kept up pretty good... I think the rent for my family's unit for a 2 bed is acceptable for the area. I'd consider moving here. Haven't inquired at the office tho"

"Some units are condemned. Some are unsafe to live in because of toxins in the air. I got a unit that was nearby thinking it wouldnt affect anything but I was wrong. I stayed in the unit for about 2 hours while I was on the phone getting some things down. I wanted to feel out the apartment. After that time passed I got headaches and felt sort of nauseous. So I did not move in that day. Talked to management and they escalated it to upper management and am waiting on their response. Still nothing. I will readjust this review when a resolution happens."

"Before leaving my review I wanted time to settle in with my family. I must say the move in process was very quick and easy for me especially coming from out of state. Jasmine at the front desk was very helpful especially when I had questions or concerns. Me and my family. have been here for 6months now and it is overall going great. Any complaints the staff has taken care of them as quickly as they can. Only one mishap where my items were delivered to the red building and someone stole my package. But after that no further issues. My suggestions: 1. More flexibility with the on-site laundry should be extended or something. If people work during the hours the office is open it is never possible for anyone to use the on-site laundry. 2. I do agree with a previous review that families with smaller children should be offered lower levels because the noise is sometimes too much. Of course I’m not trying to be a mean neighborhood but if I work all day and then come home to do online school work I don’t want to here running around above my head, excessive yelling, running until 12am or later. And I definitely don’t want kids climbing on the outside of the building near the center air unit or even throwing stuff off the balcony making it seems as if I have trash in front of my apartment."

"New resident, I just moved in. Me and my lady enjoyed the process from start to finish. The office lady explained everything patiently and all the apartments she showed us looked good and were nice we had a hard time choosing an apartment because they all look good. We were honestly impressed with the condition of the apartments. Great job you can tell she truly cares for the complex."
