"Upon reflection, I must confess that I was somewhat disappointed when I first set foot in my apartment 15 months ago. The state of the apartment suggested that the previous tenant had recently vacated, and my leasing agent's behavior was less than courteous. However, the management has since transitioned to ZRS, who have demonstrated remarkable efficiency, with the exception of two minor concerns - the hygienic condition of the hallways and the occasional presence of dog excrement. The dog park is primarily dirt, But there were always plenty of balls to keep the dogs entertained to and they just added bench seating that provide shade. The area's location is truly remarkable, being placed between Philips Highway and Hendrix Ave. Lots of shopping, dining, nightlife, parks, and coffee shops within walking distance, one can easily support the local businesses in the area. The neighborhood is friendly and sociable, as most of the residents are new to the city. It's a great place to meet new people and strike up conversations with your neighbors. I would gladly consider leasing here again if given the opportunity. The apartment's patio was my favorite feature! Check out the photos."
