"I'm living in this area 3 years this is such a beautiful place my balkony looking in the river omg sunshine in the morning or the night it's soooooo beautiful I'm need living this month because I'm need apartment with 3 bedrooms because I'm having 3 kids but since I'm decide i need to leave i wanna cry everyday because this is such a nice place to live i feel my kids so safe here our neighbor looks like family to me what to say about the manager she say old stranger is trespassing because this is a private place and feel so so safe shes not rude how some reviews say shes not yelling shes a really nice person.what to say about coakroaches when i come into my apt they have a lot of coakroaches but that means if you have food all around and you dont clean around you will get coakroaches i clean before i move in for 3 years and every month and we have pest control and i dont have any coakroch in my house and even my balcony what i can say apt maybe not look nice on outside but inside it looks beautiful and maitence he do a very good job and when you call for something they come right away i just tell everybody who coming to this place and have beautiful view beautiful apt and very safe for kids because i may know im so sad for leaving this place im cry every night because so many apts i look around its not feel safe for me and my kids like this one so im gonna pray for myself to find something like this but i dont think so this place will always stay in my heart"

"So, I had called the previous weekend to schedule a tour of the apartments as well as to get more information. I had not heard back. I went there on a friday afternoon to look at the apartments and walked around to see what the place looked like as well as get the vibe for the area. I was walking around and decided the apartments were disgusting and run down looking. As I was walking away, a red headed leasing agent was yelling that this was private property and that I needed to get out right then or she would call the police. EXTREMELY Rude and very unsmart to talk to someone that way, especially when they are not harming anything or anyone. Not only did this agent lose any chance of getting commission on a potiential lease she has not made a real bad name for the apartments. They are unkept, look as though no one has painted or repaired the outside of the buildings in years, tenants throw clothes and shoes and all sorts of items outside their doors and on the grounds. There is no lawn maintenance that has been done in what looks like months.It is DISGUSTING."
