"This is the worst place to call home. Tenants have to go through hell just to reach the office Monday-Friday 9-5 when they are supposed to be open. The property manager Britney is rude and unprofessional. I’ve had to call cooperate every time I need assistance or information because Britney refuses to answer the office phone and when she does she hangs up on your face and is rude. They contentiously keep Asking for information that has been provided to the office on multiple occasions. Tenants should not have to go through hell and wait for cooperate to get back with them because the office manager can’t do her job. Employs like this give black people in these types of area a bad name. Worse place to reside in my opinion for that fact alone."

"Slum lords and abusing the system that should help these families. The state and government needs to do a full audit on files and staff itself . Along with a 100% inspection of the interior and exterior. If code compliance and all the investors heard or even seen this, then they are failing there job and the program along with so much illegal stuff going on. Staff needs to be trained by the state and and there company to make sure all licenses are current and everyone taking classes from all training aspects. Remember affordable housing and care act, hud communities do have rights and should be treated better even if some tenants may not be what you want. I don't live here but hear so much and see this manager Joi Mcnear and her team do illegal paperwork and harras tenants. I have called several times to get ahold of the manager or someone from corporate unfortunately the office is always locked and staff unavailable. RESIDENTS READ YOUR LEASE AND NOTICES!!! Any incorrect information or misspelled you can have that thrown out or appeal with there forms."

"I hate this place So much! So much violence so much shooting at night when the office is close. So much drug activity during the day especially in build G parking lot . I literally have video recordings, pictures, license plates, and just in case the plates are fake, I have the Vin numbers. I have video of them admitting to crimes names and dates....How because I befriended them to get the information..I have videos of my friend buying drugs from them and having my sister record it. But I can’t turn any of it in because of the angle I was filming it. the picture angles that was taken... people would know exactly who’s apartment the Evidence came from. It’s suck but this is the world we live in!!!!! The arm security work for a little while but they only stay towards the front they did not patrol the compound enough as much as they should have. People that don’t even live out here in their cars blasting music all the way through morning smoking marijuana I can’t wait for my 2 kids and I to move.... If I could give this place a -4 stars I would. I’m glad I did not put my name or real apartment number"
